The Political Correctness Police have made a prominent arrest. The Cleveland Indians long standing mascot, Chief Wahoo, has been jailed.
The professional baseball club has announced that Major League Baseball offices have ordered the club to drop the mascot because it is offensive to Native Americans.
Trust me what I say that this is far from the truth. Most Native Americans don’t care. Most Native Americans don’t even think about Chief Wahoo.
No, Native Americans don’t care but the privileged white liberal? Oh they care and they care a lot. In fact they care so much that it does not matter if Native Americans are offended. The white liberal is offended and that is all that counts.
I have come across white liberals who get very upset with me when I tell them something that upsets them does not even bother me. I am told that I should be upset and that I need to be upset and offended. If I respond that I am offended that they, the white liberal, is offended, they get even more offended. See how that works?
