FBI Wants Your DNA And Will Get It

I have warned people for years about the fact that our government would eventually seek to get DNA from every citizen in this country. And they would use the power of law enforcement to get it and justify it.

However, what some find surprising is that President Trump signed the law that will bring the reality of a national DNA library to fruition. Yes, President Trump, just as President GW Bush pushed for and passed certain acts that removed some freedom from the hands of citizens, Trump is pushing forward with plans by the Deep State to take your DNA and keep it.

You may think that you won’t submit to such unconstitutional behavior. Well you won’t have a choice. As with fingerprints, if you get arrested for ANYTHING you will be subject to having your DNA collected just as you are subject to having your fingerprints collected.

Every time you are arrested for ANYTHING, your fingerprints are collected then compared with the ever growing FBI National Fingerprint “library” to see if you are wanted for anything else out there. And because people did not object to this national collection of personal data, the government feels perfectly fine in expanding this type of collection with your DNA.

And if you think keeping your mouth shut will prevent them from getting your DNA, you need to think again. They can get your DNA from a cup or fork you use. They can get it from your hair or even your urine when you go to the bathroom. In short, if government says you will turn over your DNA when you are arrested, they will collect it by any means necessary.

President Donald Trump has signed the Rapid DNA Act into law which means the police can routinely take DNA samples from people who are arrested but not yet convicted of a crime.

The law, which was signed in 2017 and comes into effect this year, will require several states to connect Rapid DNA machines to Codis – the national DNA database controlled by the FBI.

These machines, which are portable and about the same size as a desktop printer, are expected to become as routine a process as taking fingerprints.

Keep in mind that you can be arrested for anything. Even if you look at the police officer the wrong way, they can arrest you. We have so many laws on the books that an officer can use the most obscure of laws, the kind in which neither you nor anyone else would ever know or think would be a law that makes you a criminal.

Do you think the Federal or State government should have a permanent national DNA database?
