Life Expectancy Takes Another Hit

This is the second year in a row that life expectancy has taken a dip.  News reports try to blame those who are “middle age” meaning those who are in their 40’s or so.

But a closer look at the numbers show that they are classifying mid 30’s as mid life.  Considering where the life expectancy is going, 70 years of age may not be far off so 35 years old could be mid life.

Make no mistake the drastic drop is due mainly to the Millennial generation and there are a number of factors.  These include, according to various reports and sources, millennial’s are more likely to be hooked on deadly drugs and the numbers are staggering.

Some 175 people per day over dose and 80% of them are between 20 and 35 years of age.  Millennials are also known to have taken a step back in personal hygiene and they have ignited a resurgence in Sexually Transmitted Diseases even though they are supposedly having less sex than older generations.
